Dear guests we are very happy to welcome you all back from the 1st of july providing the hospitality that havania are famous for as well as the health and safety necessary for these difficult times. there are a few things changed due to COVID-19 that it is necessary to mention.
social distancing is 1.5 meters and the check-in and out times are 11am &and 3pm accordingly. all key cards are disinfected and there are antiseptics for your use in the reccommended areas.
all our team is informed and qualified with the authorized health first certification by the universtity of crete.
we keep COVID-19 health logs for all our customers and all your personal details are protected by the GDPR.
HAVANIA APPARTMENTS hava an action plan for any covid case and will be discreet with all the guests.
Rooms are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned with authorised cleaning products but the housekeeping during your stay will be less frequent, once a week for bedlinen and twice a week for towels. all items in the room that are not essential have been removed as well as filter coffees and water boilers.
At the bar and the swimming pool area we highly reccommend the distance to 2 meters and all our loungers and tables are situated at this distance. everything is disinfected after every use and the maximum number of people swimming in the pool is 14. the pool water circulation is every 4 hours as well as the testing for chlore and ph.
PPE is worn by all employees.
